Our packing covers inner soft packing to protect the product's surface from scratch and damage during shipment, outside crate packing, or steel frame packing according to the needs of different sizes.
We provide shipping services of ocean, air as well as international express by multiple terms of FOB, CIF, DDU as well as DDP, etc.

Sino Sculpture Group was founded in 2000, and its headquarters office is located in Beijing China. So far has built two main fabrication plants in Xiamen and Tianjin, and one cast foundry in Dalian.

1. What is the MOQ?
We accept one piece as sculpture is a form of art that is different from mass goods.
2. How to place an order? Can you keep my work confidential?
When the details are settled, we'll sign a contract for confirmation as well as a confidential agreement if in need. We respect and perform copyright protection as always. We'll soon start fabrication upon the deposit's receipt.
3. What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T in advance, Western Union, and Paypal.
4. What is the lead time?
It depends on the sculpture's size, details, process complexity, etc. Generally, it takes 1~2 months for small size, 3~4 months for about 8-meter-high sculptures.
5. How can I know the process?
We warmly welcome you for a field inspection. If not convenient to come, we'll send you pictures and videos of any progress.
6. What is the package? How to ship the sculpture? Will there be any damage during shipping?
The sculptures are packed professionally in PE foam, and air bubble film, and fixed in a crate or steel frame that against any possible damage. We'll buy the insurance and you can get compensation for any damage to the work. Currently, all our works arrive safe and sound.
7. Can you install the sculpture on-site overseas?
Sure, nearly all our large sculptures located overseas are installed by our workers. They are also the workers who fabricate the sculpture so that the installation is smooth and fast. With years of experience, they have high adaptability to live and work abroad.
